These terms describe how Trane handles B2B inquiries, technical information and sourcing discussions for home climate appliances, air quality appliances and water heater programs. Any quotation, sample plan or production commitment requires written confirmation through an authorized commercial document.

Technical information

Performance data, certification references and launch schedules shared during early discussions are for evaluation only until validated by a signed project scope. Buyers are responsible for confirming destination-market requirements and intended use cases.

Orders and responsibilities

Production orders may include tooling, packaging, compliance evidence and after-sales documentation. Responsibilities, inspection standards, payment terms and delivery conditions are defined in the final purchase agreement.
